Leadership Development Services

Ethical Leaders empower others to make a difference in the world. Hill Center programs bring together leaders to learn and grow over time, developing the will and skills to succeed in this critical endeavor.

Hill Leadership Development Model

Standalone experiences can build awareness, transfer knowledge, and begin to teach skills. Hill Center programs go beyond those experiences, convening groups over a period of time to collaborate and learn together. This approach enables leaders to develop new perspectives and skills, apply them in their work, and make sense of those experiences in a group of peers.

Leadership doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We work with organizations and agencies to conduct programs that develop leaders in specific contexts, ranging from businesses large and small, to health care delivery, to fire safety and law enforcement. By working in these contexts, participants benefit from shared perspectives and peer support. Real communities emerge and grow. Typical programs run from 3-12 months, with ongoing support and guidance as necessary. Learn more about specific programs below

Fundamentals of Effective Leadership

People new to business leadership – managers with 1-5 years of experience – will benefit from the Fundamentals of Effective Leadership, a 3-month program offered in partnership with Caravela, Inc. The program focuses on practical skills for managing and leading people to achieve objectives. Participants receive individual coaching to support small-group learning from experienced instructors.
